These Terms & Conditions govern your use of littledaintyloops.co.uk (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from LittleDaintyLoops (“we”, “us”, “our”). The Site is operated by Meg, trading as LittleDaintyLoops, based in the United Kingdom.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of a parent or guardian), and that you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order will apply to that transaction.

All physical items sold by LittleDaintyLoops are handmade by hand using yarn, stuffing, and craft materials. Because each piece is crafted individually, slight variations in colour, size, shape, or texture from the product photographs are entirely normal and are not considered defects. These variations are a natural and charming characteristic of handmade goods.

Unless otherwise stated, all physical products are made to order. This means your item will be created specifically for you after you place your order and will not be dispatched from existing stock.

Product images are as accurate as possible, but colours may appear slightly differently depending on your screen settings and monitor calibration.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate at the time of listing. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to update product information without prior notice.

All prices on the Site are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) where required by law.

Postage and packaging costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly shown before you complete your order. The final amount charged will be the price displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, any price change will not affect an order that has already been placed and confirmed.

Placing an item in your cart does not constitute an order or a reservation. An order is only placed once you have completed checkout and received an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product becomes unavailable, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if an error in pricing or product information has occurred. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

If you need to make any changes to your order (such as colour preferences or personalisation details), please contact us as soon as possible at littledaintyloops@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be accommodated once production has begun.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment provider. We accept major debit and credit cards. Payment is taken in full at the time of placing your order.

We do not store your full card details on our servers. All card data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

We are a UK-based business and ship primarily within the United Kingdom. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order to confirm we can ship to your location and to get an accurate postage quote.

Because all physical products are handmade to order, please allow a processing time of 3–10 business days before your item is dispatched. During busy periods (such as Christmas or Valentine's Day), processing times may be longer. Current estimated times will be noted on individual product listings where relevant.

Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the postal service selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or customs (for international orders).

Dispatch notifications and tracking information (where available) will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering — we cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

As the majority of our products are made to order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (as permitted by Regulation 28(1)(b) for goods made to the consumer's specification). By placing an order for a made-to-order item, you acknowledge and agree that returns and exchanges are not accepted.

However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at littledaintyloops@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Please note that slight natural variations in colour, texture, or size — as described in Section 2 — are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return or refund.

Any approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card provider.

Where we sell digital products such as crochet patterns or downloadable files, access to the download is granted immediately upon successful payment.

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once the download has been made available to you. As such, no refunds are offered on digital products once the file has been delivered.

The Patterns Membership is a recurring monthly subscription that gives you access to member-only content (pattern PDFs, updates, and downloads) and a 20% discount that is applied automatically at checkout when you are signed in.

Membership is billed monthly at the price shown on the membership page and renews automatically on the same date each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your membership page (“Manage membership”), which opens Stripe's secure customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Because membership content is digital and delivered immediately upon signup, you are asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that this waives your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. As a result, membership payments are non-refundable, including for partial months of use. See our Refunds & Cancellations policy for the full summary.

We may change the membership price or benefits from time to time. Any change will be communicated in advance and will only take effect on your next billing cycle — you always have the option to cancel before the new terms apply.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to product photographs, written descriptions, designs, patterns, graphics, and the LittleDaintyLoops name and branding — is the intellectual property of LittleDaintyLoops and is protected by copyright law.

Digital patterns purchased from us are licensed for personal use only. You may make items from our patterns for your own personal enjoyment or as gifts. You may not resell, reproduce, redistribute, share, or teach from our patterns without explicit written permission from us.

Physical products sold by LittleDaintyLoops are for personal use. You may not reproduce or mass-produce our designs for resale without written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LittleDaintyLoops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or from any products purchased through it.

Our total liability to you in respect of any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law.
